The exhibition showcases Finlands road from being a part of eastern Sweden to becoming a Russian grand duchy, to then becoming independent.

The exhibition also shows the arms vessel Equity's route from Germany to Maxmo. The weapons made it possible for the Civil Guard to disarm the Russian forces.
